PIVOT

dance performance: Martina de Dominicis, Alberto Cissello

music: Lorenzo Romano

Pivot is a work on balance, that temporary state of perfection reached by two or more elements depending on each other. Bodies and objects are carefully placed in space, searching for symmetries, opposing tensions, lying in a state of constant negotiation of weight. Their relationship reveal the fragile nature of stillness and the necessity of extreme attention for this state to be maintained.
